My bike for 2003;
I was given a few old bikes by a Frank F. and out of them I was able to make a good 10sp racer into a city bike, with a comfy seat. I found a small amount of Black and White Dalmatian phony-fur at work, after sparingly applying it with spray mount I managed to cover the frame. Then I made the mount for the bucket from some PCV scrap and used hose clamps to hold it to the handle bars. The bucket is held on with a simple web strap, and clip. I told Carolyn H. about it and she gave me some Black and White Holstein phony-fur, I used it to make the tail, and ears. Then formed the rest into a padded seat for the bottom of the bucket. I used a peace of Black leather looking vinyl to make a collar (with a D-Ring) and to hold the cushion on better.
With 4gal plastic bucket / basket removed. The bucket is easily removable, and has a padded top (made form the same material), for extra seating when you have arrived at you destination. This lucky bike lives in San Francisco now.
